1. Mission: To provide high-quality, safe, and professional valet parking services, with an emphasis on punctuality, courtesy, and respect for customer property.
2. Vision: To become the leading luxury valet parking company in Houston, Katy, and the surrounding areas, distinguished by our operational excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction.
3. Scope of Service:
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Valet parking for weddings, private parties, quinceañeras, sweet 16s, galas, corporate events, graduations, car shows, and restaurants.
- On-site operational supervision.
- Personalized service with uniformed and trained staff.
4. Reservations and Confirmations
- All events require advance reservations with a signed contract.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the event.
- Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the event.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the event receive 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Elysium Luxury Valet Parking has commercial general liability insurance and garage insurance.
- We are not responsible for valuables left inside vehicles (jewelry, electronics, money, etc.).
- Any damage to the vehicle must be reported at the time of delivery or pickup. Subsequent claims will not be accepted without immediate reporting.
7. Staff Conduct
- All staff must be clean, uniformed, have visible identification, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Smoking, the use of personal phones, the consumption of alcohol, and the acceptance of mandatory tips are prohibited during service.
8. Safety and Traffic Regulations
- All vehicles will be operated in compliance with Texas traffic laws.
- We reserve the right to refuse vehicles that are mechanically unsound or in unsafe conditions.
9. Gratuities
- Gratuities are not included in the service price and are optional at the customer’s discretion.
